A man has opened up about his feelings of regret after witnessing the success of a former coursemate whom he once refused to help during an exam.
In a conversation with a Twitter user, the man expressed his frustrations with how life can be unfair to some individuals while seemingly favoring others, News About Nigeria reports.
According to the man, he had a classmate who consistently arrived late to class and showed a lack of seriousness in their studies. During one particular exam, the coursemate sat next to him and asked for answers.
However, due to his perception of the coursemate’s attitude towards academics, the man admitted that he refused to assist him.
Years later, the man discovered that the same coursemate he had dismissed as unserious now runs a thriving tech company.
In contrast, the narrator finds himself struggling to make ends meet, living paycheck to paycheck.

My story is similar, there’s this guy in my first year that never comes to classes and is always on dreads. Never took him serious. So we were paired during our year 1 exam.
Dude begged me to at least help him with just few questions, I never listened as I felt he was unserious. Long story short. He is currently a tech founder and is wealthy. I’m here living paycheck to paycheck lol. Hint: He sponsored a reality TV show recently with so much money. Honestly mehn, NEVER write anyone off.”
