Teni Slams Man Who Trolled Her For Giving Money To Mummy Zee

Nigerian singer Teni has slammed a cabman who slammed her for gifting a huge sum to Mummy Zee, the Nigerian woman who went viral for waking up early to cook for her husband.

Mummy Zee has become a classic example of a ‘virtuous woman’ after revealing on X (formerly known as Twitter) that she wakes up at 4:50 am to pack lunch for her husband.

Her decision was influenced by a coworker who had previously brought food to her husband’s workplace.

The act of waking up early to cook quickly gained attention on social media, with Mumzee facing mixed reactions from Twitter users.

Despite some criticism suggesting that her change in routine was driven by fear of her husband being lured away by another woman, many users came to her defence, applauding her dedication and role as a supportive wife.

In response to Mumzee’s viral story, social media users rallied behind her, with some even sending cash gifts to her.

Singer Teni was one of those who sent Mummy Zee money. Via her X page, Teni announced that she sent the woman some money, although she didn’t disclose the specific amount.

Reacting to this, a cab driver identified as B Kareem shared a photo of himself and Teni in a cab, revealing that he picked her up twice in Los Angeles while he was still an Uber driver.

According to him, the singer never tipped him, even when he played her music in the cab.

In response, Teni slammed the cabman, stating that he needed deodorant and toothpaste.

She tweeted; “Na deodorant and toothpaste Gangan u need.”
