Oladips’ untimely demise closely follows the passing of rapper Oladimeji Aloba, widely known as Mohbad, just two months ago.

The consecutive losses have cast a pall over the music industry, leaving fans and fellow artistes in mourning for the talented individuals who have left an indelible mark.

A video released by Rasheed, a member of Oladips’ team, captured the emotional last moments with the late rapper.

The heartbreaking clip, which surfaced on Tuesday, depicted Rasheed and two others sobbing over Oladips’ lifeless body.

Oladips, born on March 24, 1995, was a vibrant indigenous rapper from Ogun State, Nigeria.

His musical journey began at the age of 17, and he gained prominence with the street hit ‘Lalakukulala’.

In 2015, Oladips was recognized as one of the winners of the ‘King is Here’ rap competition organised by DBanj.

The management’s statement also revealed that Oladips had silently battled depression for the past two years.
