On-air-personality Kayode Oladotun popularly known as Do2dtun recently shared a court ruling from July 2022 that granted him divided custody of his two children during festive seasons.
News About Nigeria gathered that the entire saga began when reports surfaced about Do2dtun’s wife, Omotayo, filing for separation and making serious claims against him.
Court documents were said to reveal allegations that he had forced his wife to undergo an abortion, which led to the court’s decision to grant divided custody of their children.
In December 2022, news was circulated that Do2dtun reportedly forced his way into his wife’s residence and allegedly assaulted her staff.
In response to this event, his wife’s lawyer filed a petition with the police, seeking an investigation into the matter.
In an Instagram post in the early hours of Thursday, the On-Air personality expressed his frustration and readiness to fight back against accusations and lies that have circulated over the past year.
He promised to release receipts, video evidence, full recordings, voice notes, and witnesses to address the allegations against him.
He criticised his wife’s family for trying to ruin his name and expressed his determination to defend his name and his right to be in his children’s lives.
He denied the allegations of forced abortion, domestic violence, and emotional abuse, which had been levelled against him, vowing to set the record straight with undeniable proof.
He singled out his wife’s family for their role in perpetuating these accusations and attempting to tarnish his name.
Do2dtun made it clear that he was fully committed to protecting his reputation and his right to be a part of his children’s lives.
“This was ruled 6th of July 2022. My Lawyers help me here please. The is just a snippet. I have waited a whole year dealing with you and your family’s wickedness.
“I will make sure that every little information from your existence to your 3rd generation will be available here. It’s easy to hurt me cos the mob always chose the expected hence you played this card. I don ready for Una now…..,” he wrote.
