A political analyst, Deji Adeyanju, has made a bold prediction concerning the highly anticipated outcome of the ongoing presidential election petition tribunal, News About Nigeria reports.

According to his prediction, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will emerge victorious as the tribunal is expected to dismiss the petitions filed by Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi.

According to NEWS ABOUT NIGERIA Adeyanju, a well-known human rights activist and lawyer, took to Twitter on Wednesday, July 12, to share his insights on the matter.

The case, which has attracted significant attention and debate, revolves around Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 presidential polls.

Atiku, representing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Obi of the Labour Party, have fervently contested the election results, challenging the legitimacy of Tinubu’s win.

Following the conclusion of arguments from both sides, the All Progressives Congress (APC), led by Tinubu, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) have completed their defence as well.

As the legal proceedings progress, all eyes are now on the presiding judge, Justice Tsammani, who recently announced that the parties involved will be notified of the date for the adoption of final written addresses.

Adeyanju’s prediction has sparked a wave of reactions within the political community. While some analysts align with his viewpoint, others remain skeptical and hold differing opinions on the potential verdict.

The stakes are undoubtedly high, as Nigerians eagerly anticipate the tribunal’s decision in what has become a closely-watched and consequential legal battle.

The outcome of this case will undoubtedly have far-reaching implications for the nation’s political landscape.
