Sanwo-Olu Commissions Development Project

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has commissioned a 144-unit mixed development project in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State, News About Nigeria reports. 

The governor disclosed this in a statement via his verified handle on X on Tuesday.

He also commissioned Greater Lagos LBIC/WGC Apartments and unveiled 60 units of two- and three-bedroom apartments at Rising Lagos Apartments, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

Sanwo-Olu noted that the apartments are designed to enhance residents’ quality of life while showcasing his administration’s dedication to urban renewal and sustainable development in Lagos State.

He also stated that the building initiatives mark a significant milestone in his administration’s ongoing efforts to address the housing needs of citizens.

He added that the initiative will also promote inclusive growth throughout the state.

“Today, I unveiled 60 units of two- and three-bedroom apartments at Rising Lagos Apartments, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and designed to enhance residents’ quality of life.

“Additionally, I commissioned the 144-unit mixed development project, Greater Lagos LBIC/WGC Apartments, in Amuwo Odofin, showcasing our dedication to urban renewal and sustainable development in Lagos State.

“These building initiatives mark a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to address the housing needs of our citizens and promote inclusive growth throughout the state,” he stated.
