Tiwa Savage Becomes London Landlady, Splashes N1.7 Billion On Luxurious Home

Nigerian music sensation Tiwa Savage has wrapped up the year on a high note, proudly announcing her latest achievement as a London landlady.

News About Nigeria gathered that the Afrobeat queen took to her Instagram story channel on Saturday morning to share the exciting news with her millions of followers, flaunting the key to her new home.

In a series of posts, Tiwa Savage expressed her joy and gratitude for becoming a homeowner in London.

The ‘Somebody Son’ singer provided a sneak peek into her new house, featuring a well-equipped gym, elegantly furnished living spaces, and a cinema room.

Popular Nigerian blogger, Tundeednut, who reshared her post on his platform,  disclosed that Tiwa Savage spent a whopping N1.7 billion to acquire the luxurious property.

“N1,700,000,000 Billion what????? I have just noticed something about these celebrities. It seems all of them have worked so hard and it’s time to start spending, cause they are spending the money HARD!!! Wow… Tiwa is rich abeg… Wetin happen?? No wahala! Don’t envy Oo! Just rejoice for others; your turn will soon come in Jesus name. Can I get an Amen? Congratulations Tiwa Savage!” Tunde wrote in his congratulatory post.

Netizens has flooded the comment section to congratulate the singer on her latest purchase.

In 2006, Tiwa Savage participated in the UK edition of The X Factor and advanced to the final 24 but ended up being the 12th person to be evicted.

While participating, she had difficulty dealing with the limelight.

She said, “You have to always realise that people are watching. When I got the bad news that I wasn’t getting through (to the final 12) it was a really painful time.

“But you still have to learn how to hold that until you get home. Because you don’t want to just let everything out. People admire you and want to see that you’re strong; they don’t want to see you breaking down.”
