Yul Edochie and Judy Austin are currently embroiled in a divorce saga with his first wife May Yul-Edochie.
She filed a lawsuit, demanding N100 million in damages from Judy for committing adultery with her husband.
According to the DPA Family Law Clinic in a viral post on Facebook, it was explained that May considers Yul’s marriage to Judy null and void because he married her under the 1970 marriage act, which doesn’t allow for multiple wives, unlike the customary marriage act.
The post further disclosed that Femi Falana’s law firm and Eculaw will represent May in court.
