Indigenous rapper, Zoro, has made a heartwarming announcement that the proceeds from his unreleased song with the late singer Mohbad, scheduled to drop on September 22, will be dedicated to Mohbad’s five-month-old son, Liam Aloba.

News About Nigeria gathered that the decision was made due to Mohbad’s untimely passing.

In a heartfelt tweet, Zoro expressed his disbelief and sorrow over Mohbad’s death.

He revealed that the song, titled ‘M.A.D’ (Medicine After Death), which they had planned to release on September 22, will now be dedicated to Mohbad’s memory.

Zoro explained that he was deeply affected by the tragic events that occurred to Mohbad and decided to postpone the release of the song.

Zoro’s decision to keep the song as part of his project and donate the proceeds to Liam, Mohbad’s son, is a touching tribute to his late colleague.

He also mentioned that his LP (Long Play) titled ‘Sound Check’, originally set to be released on October 6, would also be postponed to a later date in light of Mohbad’s passing.

“Everything still feels unreal even till now, We were going to release our record M.A.D “Medicine after death” today 22nd September instead it’s rest in power and #justice4mohbad?

“It breaks my heart seeing part of the things we talked about creating this record happening to you.

“I feel this is the right decision. I’ve decided to keep the record in the project and release it for a later date n have your son Liam get all the proceeds.

“Unfortunately my LP “Sound Check” which was meant to drop on the 6th of October will also now be moved to  a further date,” he tweeted.
