Irish professional mixed martial artist Conor McGregor has signaled his return after his accident a few months ago, he was recently spotted wearing Nigeria’s Super Eagles jersey while riding his bike, News About Nigeria confirms.

The former Ultimate Fighting Champion had survived a car accident some months ago while riding his bike in Ireland.

He posted multiple videos of the aftermath of the accident on his social media handles. A breathless McGregor then was heard saying, “I could have been dead there,” as the driver of the vehicle apologizes.

However, in a recent post on his social media handles, the Featherweight and Lightweight Champion was seen with his crew, riding on a bicycle, while wearing a Nigerian football jersey.

Mcgregor seems to have recovered from the accident as seen in his multiple social media posts, riding through different areas in Dublin.

He posed to the camera flaunting the Nike-produced Nigerian jersey, probably as a signal that he is still looking for a battle with Nigerian-American UFC fighter Kamara Usman.

Usman failed to regain the UFC welterweight title from Leon Edwards and is still without a date for his next fight.

34-year-old Mcgregor undoubtedly enjoys exploring his native town Dublin, cycling through the Irish city to behold it beauty.

McGregor is required to undergo six months of drug testing before he’s allowed to fight again but the fighter claims that issue has already been settled.

He is currently looking for a tie with Michael Chandler before the end of the year. He believes the announcement will be made during “The Ultimate Fighter Series” coming live by May 30.
