Lionel Messi’s newly opened restaurant, ‘Hincha,’ has introduced a distinctive dessert named ‘Ballon d’Or.’ This exciting development was reported by News About Nigeria.

Hincha, known for its delectable menu, offers a wide range of culinary delights that include pizzas priced at €15-29, as well as Japanese wagyu, available at €390 per kilogram.

The restaurant’s offerings extend beyond these favorites, presenting a remarkable variety of dishes that combine Messi’s preferred flavors from Argentina with the innovative touch of the chef.

The ‘Ballon d’Or’ dessert, an expertly crafted masterpiece, serves as a replica of Messi’s impressive collection of seven Ballon d’Or awards, the highest number achieved by any football player in history. Due to its appeal, this dessert has quickly become a favorite among visitors to Hincha.

Situated on the first floor of the MiM Andorra Hotel in Andorra, Hincha marks Lionel Messi’s first venture into the realm of luxury boutique restaurants in collaboration with the renowned Majestic Hotel Group.

In doing so, Messi joins the ranks of other prominent footballers, such as Rio Ferdinand, Ryan Giggs, Clarence Seedorf, David Luiz, Willian, and Vincent Kompany, who have opened their own exquisite establishments.

While the exact reason for footballers’ inclination toward restaurant ownership remains unclear, it is worth noting that these athletes often utilize these establishments as platforms to share their football memories while offering patrons a high-quality dining experience.

However, given the upscale nature and location of these establishments, not everyone can indulge in these culinary delights due to their expensive nature.

Looking ahead, Lionel Messi is rumored to make a return to his former club, FC Barcelona, during the summer transfer window, concluding the 2022/23 season.

As his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in June, the club has shown no interest in retaining the services of the World Cup winner. On the other hand, Messi himself has displayed a lack of interest in remaining at the club.
