President Bola Tinubu on Monday celebrated Vice President Kashim Shettima’s 58th birthday.
Hailing the Vice President, Tinubu noted that he has thrived as a former Governor of Borno State, an academic, a banker, a raconteur, and a leader.
News About Nigeria reports that Shettima was the governor of Borno State from 2011 to 2019 and senator representing Borno Central from 2019 to 2023.
Speaking in a statement by his spokesman, Ajuri Ngelale, the President described the Vice President as a quintessential administrator, orator, and bibliophile.
He, therefore, joined family, friends, and members of the executive arm of government to celebrate him on the occasion of his 58th birthday, praying that his days on earth be long in good health.
He also commended Shettima for the enthusiasm, vigour, and affability he brings to governance, thanking him for his support and tireless work towards ensuring that they deliver on their Renewed Hope mandate to Nigerians.
