Partner With Me For Victory, Aiyedatiwa To Other Aspirants

Following his victory in Saturday’s primary election of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), the Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has called on other aspirants to support him in winning the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state.

News About Nigeria reported that Aiyedatiwa was declared the winner of the APC primary election on Monday morning, making him the flagbearer of the election in the forthcoming election.

The hotly contested primary election of the APC had 15 other aspirants in the poll.

The aspirants in the election include; Olusola Oke Mayowa Akinfolarin, Jimoh Ibrahim, Wale Akinterinwa, Gbenga Edema, Ohunyeye Olamide Felix, Olujimi Odimayo, Isaac D. Kekemeke, Olusoji Ehinlanwo, Morayo Lebi, Diran Iyantan, Francis Faduyile, Ifeoluwa Oyedele, Funke Omogoroye, and Funmilayo Waheed Adekojo.

Speaking after his victory on Monday, Aiyedatiwa tasked other aspirants to do away with any grudges they have and come together to unite with him in order for the APC to defeat the opposition in the November 16th election.

The governor also lauded all aspirants in the election, noting that their participation has created so much awareness within and outside our party.

“Now, more than ever before, the greatness of Ondo State is what matters the most. I, therefore, request that we all join hands together in building the future that we all yearn for in Ondo State. There is infrastructure to be built, better healthcare services to be delivered; fair justice to be served; qualitative education to be ensured; civil servants to be trained and motivated; security of lives and properties to be strengthened; enabling environment to be created for businesses to thrive and attract investors,” Aiyedatiwa noted.
