Tinubu Approves Landmark Health Sector Reforms

The Special Assistant on Public Communications to former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Phrank Shaibu, has alleged that President Bola Tinubu’s ‘shambolic policies’ are killing Nigerians, News About Nigeria reports.

According to him, the president’s policies have not in any way helped Nigeria’s economy; instead, they keep depreciating daily.

In a statement released on Thursday, Shaibu lamented how it has become difficult for Nigerians to survive due to the consistent increase in the prices of food and other items on the market.

He also slammed Tinubu over the sharp decline in the exchange rate and the chaotic nature of government policies, which have led to increasing poverty in the nation.

Atiku’s aide further attributed President Tinubu to a ‘quack doctor’ who, instead of curing a sick person, ends up killing him before the sickness he is suffering from.

In his own words, “Tinubu is like a quack doctor trying to treat a cancerous patient. But the quack doctor is likely to kill the patient even faster than the cancer itself. This is the dire situation that Nigerians have found themselves in.

“The fallout of the shambolic policies of the President Bola Tinubu-led All Progressives Congress (APC) administration is killing Nigerians even as there are no efforts to stem the tide.”

Speaking further, Shaibu noted that President Tinubu, instead of getting to work, has resolved to blame his predecessor, from the same party (All Progressives Congress), President Muhammadu Buhari, for handing him an empty treasury and a weak economy.

He further alleged that the president didn’t know anything about Nigeria’s economy or even security, as he had been limited only to Lagos, which had always had a formal economy.
