Popular Nigerian comedian and social commentator, Mr Macaroni, has revealed what he dislikes about the Nigerian police and politicians.
In a tweet via his X page, the skitmaker clarified that he does not harbour hatred towards them but rather strongly disapproves of their actions and behaviours.
News About Nigeria reports that according to the thespian, he believes the word ‘hate’ isn’t appropriate to describe his feelings.
Instead, he expressed his disappointment in the conduct of individuals who have taken oaths to serve and protect the citizens but, in his view, have failed to uphold their responsibilities.
He pointed out that such individuals seem to disregard their oaths without any sense of shame.
He further highlighted that these officials have been enriching themselves at the expense of the Nigerian people, resulting in widespread suffering among the populace.
Mr Macaroni also accused them of consistently resorting to falsehoods and deceit to conceal their actions.
“I do not hate the Police or Politicians. I don’t think hate is the word to use. I simply do not appreciate that the people who have sworn to serve and protect the people break these oaths without any iota of shame while completely abandoning their responsibilities to the people.
“They continue to enrich themselves and make life miserable for Nigerians while they tell lies upon lies to cover up for their impunity. Once bitten, twice shy!” he tweeted.
