Nollywood actress Sola Kosoko has taken to her Instagram page to share a touching epitaph dedicated to her late mother, Alhaja Sherifat Abimbola Kosoko, on the 30th anniversary of her passing.

In the emotional tribute, Sola Kosoko fondly referred to her mother as ‘Iya Sola’ and expressed the impact her mother had on her life.
She described her mother as an inspiring and selfless soul, always ready to support and uplift those around her.
Sola Kosoko mentioned that her mother was not just a parent but also a friend, confidant, and source of unwavering support.
Speaking on the void left by her mother’s absence, the actress conveyed her deep sense of longing with every passing day.
She concluded her tribute with a wish for her mother’s soul to continue resting in eternal peace.
“An Epitaph to my dearest mother. It’s been 30 years without you Iya Sola. My mother was an inspiring soul, always there for all.
“To the world, you were one person, but to me, you were the world. Mother, you were the truest, dearest, and you were more than a mother to me.
“I miss you with each passing day, Will forever have you in my heart. May your gentle soul continue to rest in peace dear mama,” she wrote.
