Chelsea attacking midfielder and winger Christian Pulisic, has considered a move to AC Milan as his main priority, News About Nigeria confirms.
The American skipper is now locked on moving to the Italian club following inadequate match time at Chelsea, coupled with injury problems.
Pulisic barely started any match during Chelsea’s last campaign and has largely failed to impress any of Chelsea’s last four managers in the campaign.
His lack of form has become a source of worry for many Chelsea fans who think he won’t stand a chance with the current players jostling for the same position as him at the club.
Meanwhile, the player who turns 25 on September 18, is now set to trade his skills with Italian giants, AC Milan.
He has reportedly maintained this position since last week with Chelsea, even though no official bid has been made to this effect.
However, the San Siro club has engaged the West London team to reach an agreement on the fee and get the player to pen his signature on a yet to be submitted contract.
Recall that AC Milan recently announced the signing of 27-year-old Ruben Loftus Cheek from Chelsea for £15m plus some minor add-ons.
The club has a history and mutual relationship with Chelsea, having successfully entered the business with some of their brightest stars.
If Pulisic’s deal pulls through, he will play alongside Loftus Cheek, former Chelsea Academy graduate Fikayo Tomori, as well as Olivier Giroud, All Chelsea players who switched allegiance to the Italian outfit from West London.
