Chelsea star Mykhaylo Mudryk has been lashed by popular gym instructor Joey Swoll for posting an inappropriate video of an elderly man working out in the gym, News About Nigeria reports.

The CEO of ‘Gym Positivity’, bashed the player in a video he posted on his official Twitter page, with the long title, “Either help him or mind your own business but put your damn phone away!”

The misfit Chelsea player came under heavy criticism following the post which showed the elderly man’s backside open while trying to keep fit.

22-year-old Mudryk has struggled since his £87m move to Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk. His 16-match dry run without a goal has become a source of worry for Chelsea fans, having cost so much in the transfer market.

He has struggled to put up an impression with Frank Lampard, and most often, has failed to make the manager’s starting eleven.

However, while the Ukrainian has been the underdog on the Blues side this season, he comes under the spotlight for the wrong reasons, after mocking an elderly man on a rowing machine.

Though Mudryk blurred part of his body out, while including a question mark on the Instagram story, it did not save him from Joey Swoll’s lash.

The post by Swoll which has now garnered 3.3 million views, has got people talking about the player, with many showing pity and others saying he deserves it.

Below is an excerpt from the video by Joey Swoll:

“So you see that man at the gym working hard, trying to better himself with the trainer. He is in an embarrassing situation, where, yes, he is a little exposed.

“But you decide to take a video of them to post on social media – all for attention. Really? What the f*** is wrong with you? You’re a professional soccer player, you play for Chelsea in the Premier League, is this how you want to represent yourself and your team?”
