A statement by Femi Babafemi, spokesperson of the Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Programme (NDLEA), has confirmed that applicants who applied and sat for the recruitment examination of the agency but faced technical difficulties can now access the test portal till Friday, News About Nigeria reports.

Babafemi said that the assessment platform will remain open today Thursday, May 11, till 6:00 am tomorrow Friday, May 12, to allow applicants in all batches who received an email but were unable to take the test due to technical difficulties to do so.

The statement which guided the applicants on how to login requested that they ensure they enter their Identification or ID in the format: NDLEA-SUPT-2023-1234567890 while ensuring they are situated in an area with a reliable internet connection.

Babafemi further informed the applicants to always refresh their browsers if they encounter time-out errors, as “it is a result of the heavy traffic on the server, which it is actively filtering.” He added.

Recall that the NDLEA in an earlier statement on Monday said it will extend the time allotted to superintendent cadre applicants to undergo the said ongoing online assessment test from 11:59 pm on Monday to 6 am on Tuesday, May 9, to enable candidates grouped in Batch 1 enough time to go through the process.

The same opportunity was given to candidates in batches 2 and 3 scheduled for Tuesday, May 9 and Wednesday, May 10 respectively.

However, in all the mix, many applicants faced hitches that disallowed them access to the portal for the test. On this ground, the NDLEA made its statement today, to allow the affected persons to take the test.

All affected applicants are hereby urged to seize the opportunity to go through the test and submit within the window period given.
