Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke, known popularly as Davido, has made history by gracing the cover of the prestigious Forbes magazine.
News About Nigeria gathered that, the Afrobeats star took to his social media handles to express his excitement and gratitude to the Forbes team for the opportunity to feature on the cover.
In a post on his Instagram page, Davido shared a photo of himself on the cover of the magazine.
He captioned;
Emi n’ikan I be godfather oh! Thank you to the amazing @forbes team. Had fun doing this! Feature out now.”
The magazine cover features Davido dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and black tie, looking poised and confident.
This latest feat adds to Davido’s impressive list of achievements as an artist and entrepreneur.

In other news, Nigerian musician, Skales, has opened up about how fellow artist Olamide came to his rescue financially after he left Empire Mates Entertainment (EME), a record label he was previously signed to.
News About Nigeria confirms that in a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Skales revealed that he found himself homeless and broke after EME refused to renew his contract due to the label’s inability to generate profits from his music.
However, Olamide, a senior colleague in the music industry, stepped in to help.
Skales shared that Olamide called him and asked if he was planning to shoot a video for his song ‘Shake Body’.
Skales, who was facing financial difficulties at the time, responded that he was broke and homeless.
