Nigerian actress Nkechi Blessing found herself in a fiery exchange with TikTok sensation ‘Very Dark Man’ after he called her out for endorsing the Dorindas’ skincare product, alleging that it does not have a NAFDAC registration number.
This incident unfolds amid the ongoing controversies surrounding skincare brand Jenny’s Glow.
Very Dark Man, well-known for his efforts to expose unverified skincare brands, recently made headlines for his relentless campaign against counterfeit skincare products.
His persistent actions led to legal repercussions for Jenny’s Glow, a brand infamous for causing skin reactions and lacking a NAFDAC registration number.
Very Dark Man has now shifted his focus to yet another skincare brand, Dorindas, which had been actively promoted by actress Nkechi Blessing.
In a live video broadcast, he accused Dorindas of operating without the requisite NAFDAC registration, raising serious safety concerns about the product.
Responding to this accusation, Nkechi Blessing took to her social media platforms to defend both her brand and her reputation.
In an Instagram live video, she said that she would not tolerate baseless claims that could harm her reputation.
She went on to hurl curses at Very Dark Man, insulting him for living in a one-room apartment which she described as ‘rat house’.
“If you try that rubbish you tried with Jenny’s Glow that is making her run helter-skelter. Are you stupid? Very Dark Man are you mad?
“See the rat house he is living in, do I look like Jenny’s Glow that you’ve been oppressing?”
