Special Assistant to former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has stated that the only true democracy in the world is money, News About Nigeria reports.
He stated this via his verified handle on X on Friday.
Omokri noted that with money, people will be able to transcend all the barriers that hold others down, including race, religion, status, and rank, among others.
He stated that political parties do not matter with money, as money becomes a candidate for those who have it.
According to him, only broke people fight and insult themselves over politics and money, adding that a broke imam will fight a broke deacon because of broken doctrine, while Sultan will attend a rich Christian’s birthday.
“The only true democracy on Earth is to have money. When you have money, you transcend race, religion, status, rank, class and other invisible barriers that hold people back. When you have enough zeroes in your bank account, it does not matter if PDP or APC, Republican or Democrat, Labour or Conservative parties win. Money is your candidate, and it belongs to all parties.
“Even the Communist Party. Abi, you did not see Putin and Kim Jong Un having a bromance in limousines and private jets?
