Plateau: Super Eagles Captain Ahmed Musa Condemns Killings, Sues For Peace

Following the killings that happened in the Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State, the Captain of the Super Eagles, Ahmed Musa, has called for peace in the state and the North Central at large.

The Super Eagles Captain who is from the state made the call on Thursday in a post shared on his Instagram Page.

In the post, he appealed to the people of the state and Nigeria at large to come together and live in peace regardless of their religious affiliation.

He further stated that, instead of the continuous fights and killings in the state, the people should love and celebrate their differences.

He also charged the people to ask the state governor, Caleb Mutfwang, and the leadership at the federal level to help keep them safe and to fight insecurity instead of fighting and killing themselves.

Ahmed also noted that he has missed the peace they once enjoyed in the state and wants the return of the peace they once had, which made Plateau known as the Home of Peace and Tourism.

He also tasked the people to continue to pray for the return of peace in the state as they play their part by shunning any form of disunity among them.

News About Nigeria recalls that armed men in a fresh attack on Wednesday killed no fewer than 30 victims in a village in the Mangu Local Government Area of Plateau State.
