Davido’s first baby mama, Sophia Momodu, has asked her fans and followers to stop asking her about her baby daddy, News About Nigeria reports.
In an Instagram Live, a curious fan had asked her who named her daughter Imade Adeleke.
Responding to this, Momodu said she does not want to talk about her ex or whatever is going on between them.
She urged them to move on and show some respect.
“Y’all not about to make me talk about anybody I don’t feel like talking about. I don’t want to talk about my ex or whatever is going on. We never ever go there.
“That matter is dead and buried. Let’s move on. There are other things that are more interesting about Imade and I outside of whoever we are affiliated to.
“Honestly, I wanna say we need to show respect. Let’s be respectful and leave all that,” she said.
Last December in a series of tweets, she said that not every woman’s actions should be associated with her ex.
According to her, it is acceptable for couples to have a kid together, remain single, and share parental responsibilities without bloggers and trolls transferring their concerns onto them.
Momodu mentioned that an African woman ought to be free to put her own needs—peace, a relationship with God, and personal development—above everything else, without worrying about online trolls.
Also, Sophia believes people who speak confidently about those they do not know personally should be checked into a mental institution.
