Nigerian talent manager Asa Asika, best known as the manager of superstar singer Davido, recently shared his journey of growth and success, highlighting the fact that he achieved it without a university certificate.

News About Nigeria reports that in a candid interview with social media influencer Smart Money Arese, the 32-year-old entrepreneur revealed that despite not having a degree, he successfully manages to pay monthly salaries to over a hundred employees.

Asa Asika’s inspiring story serves as a testament to the notion that academic qualifications are not the sole determinant of success.

Despite dropping out of university, he has established and runs multiple entertainment and management companies, carving a niche for himself in the music industry.

During the interview, Asa Asika emphasized the importance of passion, dedication, and hard work in pursuing one’s dreams.

He highlighted that while education is valuable, it is not the only path to achieving success.

Asa’s journey demonstrates that a combination of talent, industry knowledge, and relentless determination can propel individuals to achieve their goals.

He said; “Everyone’s story is different, everyone’s path is different, people always feel as if you have to go a certain way to get a certain goal.

One of my companies pays 45 people’s salaries a month and that’s only one of the companies I run. If I do the maths, I probably pay about 100 people salaries a month and I have no degree”.

Asika revealed that he has no regret as most of his close friends earn “peanuts” despite being Ph.D holders.

“Without being condescending or trying to sound cocky, I have friends who have gone to school and have PhDs now and they are working a 9 to 5 and making peanuts,” he added.
