One of the world’s best footballers, Cristiano Ronaldo has been gifted a diamond-encrusted green watch worth £92,000 at the opening of Jacob & Co’s new store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, News About Nigeria understands.
The Al-Nassr forward who is gradually becoming the face of the Saudi Pro League was featured in a special collection by the store named ‘’Heart of CR7 Baguette’.
According to reports, the green watch Ronaldo was pictured wearing features 26 white diamonds and is worth £92k. The watch also depicts his trademark celebration ‘Siu’, on the back.
The ‘Heart of CR7 Baguette’ is one of four watches in the collection of the former Manchester United and Real Madrid player, with the most expensive worth £119,000 ($145,000).
Ronaldo is known for his fanciful and luxurious lifestyle. It is no wonder the Portuguese was gifted such luxury watch.
Meanwhile, this is the latest in a series of endorsements Ronaldo had done in his envious career.
The player joined Al-Nassr in January for a record fee reportedly worth in excess of $200m per year. Ronaldo is dubbed to have the highest earnings in the world of football.
Ronaldo is expected to be in action when his club meets with Al Ta’ee on Tuesday, May 16, in an attempt to reclaim their first position on the Saudi Pro League table.
Al-Nassr is currently behind league leaders Al Ittihad who are five points clear, with four games remaining left to be played.
The club believes with the presence of the five-time world best player, the league title could come their way again, after their last double in 2020 and 2021 seasons.
