The English Premier League (EPL) is back this weekend with exciting fixtures for viewers’ pleasure.

16 teams will be dragging it out today for a shot in the league which is currently being dominated by Arsenal, with their closest rival being Manchester City who won the league last season.

Among the interesting matches to look out for would be Manchester United vs Everton which would be an early kickoff game scheduled for 12:30 pm.

Man United has been in a brace since Coach Ten Hag joined the Red Devils side. The team is arguably the favourite in today’s game, bearing in mind their fine run in recent matches, even though losing 2-0 to Newcastle last weekend.

Man United, who is at home, is hoping to close in on Newcastle to secure third position if they win today and Newcastle drops points at Brentford.

Brentford vs Newcastle United game would be another interesting game. Though Brentford is at home, Newcastle is said to be a team to beat, considering their outstanding run so far. Newcastle currently maintains the third spot in the league table. The game is slated for 3:00 pm West African Time.

Another interesting game to watch is Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Chelsea. The Blues who have been struggling since the start of the season, changing two coaches.

Their formal legend Frank Lampard is set to make his debut after returning to the club as a caretaker till the end of the season.

In all these, there is much anticipation by Chelsea fans who hope to see Lampard win at Wolves’ backyard for a chance to return to the league’s top 10. The match is set to kickoff at 3:00 pm WAT.
