Popular Nigerian skit maker and content creator, Carter Efe has revealed that ailing upcoming Nigerian singer Khaid is getting better.
Carter gave the update in a video shared on his X account in the early hours of today (Tuesday).
In the video which was captioned, “Thank God Khaid is getting better,” the ailing musician was seen struggling to walk to his hospital bed with a crutch and two people by his side.
News About Nigeria recalls that the singer who is signed to Sydney Talker’s record label was rushed to the hospital in April over internal bleeding.
Subsequently, his record label boss, Sydney had in a post on X called for prayers for his ailing signee.
Though he didn’t give much update on what was wrong with the singer, Sydney only asked his fans and followers to pray for Khaid.
The 19-year-old singer had also deactivated his Instagram page following his hospitalization.
Carter’s update that the singer is getting better has been sparking many reactions from different netizens on social media as many are querying why he was giving the update with a sensitive video of the actor.
While some are appreciating God for Khaid’s recovery.
Reacting to Carter’s post, an X user, @willson, queried why Carter would give the update with such sensitive video of the singer still in pain, adding that he knows it is all for clout.
He said, “What’s the use of posting this @carterefe. You guys use every opportunity to chase traffic to your pages.”
Also, another X user, @Damilola appreciated God for sparing the singer’s life saying, “Thank God for Khaid.”
