Former member of the House of Representatives representing Warri Federal Constituency, Mr Daniel Reyenieju, has drummed support for the re-election of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, News About Nigeria reports.
He showed his support while speaking to newsmen, stating that preparations for Omo-Agege’s homecoming rally was in full swing.
He expressed his confidence and that of the party, noting that the event would serve as a catalyst for renewed enthusiasm, unity and progress within the party.
He further stated that Omo-Agege has his full support and urged party leaders to put their differences aside and support the Senator.
“His homecoming is well recognised and embraced by all. The rally is expected to galvanize lost hopes of party members and reignite the spirit of unity and progress within the APC.
“The embrace by all APC members of Senator Omo-Agege’s homecoming rally is a testament to the unwavering commitment of APC members to the party’s ideals and principles. As a respected leader within the party, I totally support his homecoming rally and urge all party leaders to put their differences aside and support significantly as this will undoubtedly inspire other party members to join in the celebration of Senator Omo-Agege’s return,” he stated.
Reyenieju maintained that the homecoming rally of Senator Ovie Omo-Agege presents a unique opportunity for APC members in Delta State to come together, celebrate their achievements in the just concluded general elections, and recommit themselves to the party’s vision for a better future.
He added that this will also reflect the Party’s dedication to serving the interests of the people and advancing the development agenda of the state.
