Nigerian Singer, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, says his twins came in the same month (October) in which he lost his son, Ifeanyi, News About Nigeria reports.

Davido said this in a now-viral video when he was speaking at the UnitedMasters Select event.

He also revealed that he and his wife, Chioma Rowland Adeleke, were shaking upon finding out they were expecting twins.

“When my wife and I found out, we were shaking, and it was in the same month my son passed.

“My son passed away last year in October, and my wife gave birth this year in October,” Davido stated.

The ‘unavailable’ crooner also explained that losing his son was a tough period and also a season of putting their faith in God as a family and God in turn blessed them.

Speaking about the experience the singer said, “It is very hard. A lot of people that those things happened to you would never want to believe in God in your life. But to still have faith and do what I love having a great team around me; I was just focusing. Now we are almost at the finish line and this is a story I want people to see and watch.

“When me and my wife found out that we were having twins, we were shaking. Then it was in the same month. My son died last year in October and my wife gave birth this year October so it is crazy.”
