Bundesliga hulks, Bayern Munich is set to lure Victor Osimhen away from Napoli during the summer transfer window.

News About Nigeria gathered that the Bavarian will offer around €100m for the Nigeria star striker.

The German champions according to reports have already opened talks with Napoli over a deal.

Napoli side is expected to demand more than €100m for Osimhen, who they bought for €72m from Ligue 1 club, Lille in 2020.

Bayern Munich is yet to replace Poland international Robert Lewandowski since he left the club for Barcelona last summer.

Premier League clubs, Manchester United and Chelsea have also been linked with an interest to sign the 24-year-old, as well as French Ligue 1 champions, Paris Saint-Germain.

Osimhen has been in phenomenal form this season, topping the highest goal-scorer chart in Serie A with 21 goals in 23 matches.

His impressive performances have been instrumental in powering Napoli towards their first historic league title in three decades.

Osimhen suffered a muscle injury while on international duty with Nigeria last month and is doubtful ahead of their Champions League clash with Milan today.

Osimhen had since taken the bold step to work out in the gym and was in the field on Sunday for personal training.

He missed out in Napoli’s 4-0 loss against Milan two weeks ago and was also unavailable for their 2-1 win over Lecce in a Serie A fixture.

With 25 goals in 29 appearances across all competitions, Osimhen has been a standout player for Napoli this season.
