Following his cryptic post which many termed as suicidal, popular Nigerian disc jockey, DJ Kaywise, has taken to social media to address the ongoing controversy surrounding allegations made by his family members against his fiancée, Nelly, and the lack of response from his family, News About Nigeria reports.
A few months ago, DJ Kaywise and Nelly’s family engaged in a public feud on social media.
During this feud, Nelly accused DJ Kaywise’s twin brother, Taiye, and some of his sacked staff of attempting to kidnap her.
She even provided CCTV footage showing unknown individuals parked outside her residence as evidence.
Furthermore, Nelly claimed that she was falsely accused of bewitching DJ Kaywise, leading to him slapping his mother.
Despite these serious allegations, DJ Kaywise’s family did not release any statements to refute the claims.
In a recent video posted by DJ Kaywise, he expressed his frustration regarding the allegations and the lack of response from his family members.
He emphasised that despite the serious accusations made against his fiancée, none of his family members, including his mother, came forward to debunk the rumours or provide clarification.
“In 2021, I had fired everyone in the CCTV footage Nenny put out, including my twin brother, for the horrible things that they did. I even reported the matter to my parents.
“Instead of them cautioning him and his association with those people, they supported all of them and asked me Kaywise to leave. I cut ties. So I see no reason why they will go to my babe’s house uninvited.
“If you knew how I was raised, you go dey wonder why I dey even dey show love sef? But that doesn’t mean that I am a fool. It just means that I am a better person.
“If my family comes out and says I am lying, then I will have no choice than to drop the voice recording from that day and also other receipts that will shock you all.”
