Real Madrid has been hit by a triple injury blow ahead of their second La Liga game of the season against Almeria on Saturday, News About Nigeria reports.

The Spanish giants have also seen their goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, undergo a “successful” knee surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left knee,

The club confirmed in a statement on Thursday that the Belgian international sustained the injury during pre-season training, prompting the need for surgery.
