Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola has disclosed that his team is not under pressure ahead of their double title race against Manchester United and Inter Milan, News About Nigeria reports.

Guardiola’s men will face United in an FA Cup final next week before traveling to Turkey for a UEFA Champions League clash with Inter Milan.

However, during a press conference on Friday, Guardiola revealed that the best way to play a final is to disconnect as much as possible.

The manager noted that his focus is on the club’s Sunday clash with Brentford. A match that seals the club’s 2022/23 Premier League campaign.

Meanwhile, the Spanish tactician will take his side to Wembley just six days after Sunday’s game to take on arch-rivals United.

Speaking on the two finals, Guardiola said he expects his players to knock on his door looking to get into the cup final starting XI (eleven) in the coming days.

“They know what position we are in. It comes once in a lifetime, coming champions in the Premier League three games before the end and playing two finals. You have to relax and enjoy and do your best. No one can be sure we will be in that position again.

“I have a better Idea, United play differently than Inter Millan and Inter Millan play very differently than United. They Both Defend and attack differently. We will first finish our game with Brentford then on Wednesday, I will join us together again to see how many players I have and how many are fit.

”After seeing United yesterday, I am really impressed. I would be careful anyway but after yesterday and the games recently, we are going to prepare the best we can,” he added.
