A heartwarming scene of reconciliation has taken the internet by storm as veteran actors Taiwo Hassan, famously known as Ogogo, and Yinka Quadri were captured embracing each other in a viral video circulating on social media, News About Nigeria reports.

Although the cause of their long-standing feud remains a mystery, it was evident that the once-close allies fell out some years ago.

This was noticeable when Yinka Quadri was absent from the wedding and naming ceremony of Ogogo’s daughter, Shakirat Taiwo, who tied the knot with her footballer lover, Lawal Yusuf, in December 2023.

However, at actor Yomi Fabiyi’s recent dual celebration event, a housewarming and birthday party held on Wednesday at the Emfelix event and conference venue in Idiaba, Ogun State, the veteran actors reconciled.

In the now-viral footage, the legendary chanter Sulaiman Ajobiewe was instrumental in ending the actors’ feud.

Yinka Quadri was seen on stage spraying Ajobiewe, who was seated on a chair, and beckoned Ogogo to join them.

After a heartwarming exchange of embraces, Ogogo joined Yinka Quadri, dressed in Agbada, on stage, and together they sprayed money on Ajobiewe.

As the actors stood side by side on stage, Ajobiewe said; “I pray God’s mercy upon you both. Whatever the issue, let it end here. We cannot live without occasionally offending one another. I implore you, in the name of God, embrace each other and let this be the end of it. Let’s forgive and forget for the sake of God.”

The star-studded gathering saw the attendance of esteemed actors and actresses such as Kareem Adepoju, popularly known as Baba Wande, Ladi Folarin, Idowu Philips, aka Iya Rainbow, Shola Kosoko, Toyosi Adesanya, Peju Ajiboye, among others.
